Our Story

Buck Moon Farm is a veteran and wife owned small farm located in the scenic foothills of the Smoky Mountains in east Tennessee. We started by just raising food for ourselves: sustainable, ethically raised, organic and non-GMO fed animals and produce.

The milk our herd of Guernsey goats produces has all the benefits of goat milk with the creamy mildness of cow milk. It produces an excellent flavor for cheese and a rich, mild soap. Herd shares are now available. Please email us to fill out a herd share agreement or join our herd share waiting list if we are currently full.

We also raise chickens, geese, Guinea fowl, pasture pigs and fruit. Our orchard of fruit trees and berries is maturing and we should have various tree fruits and berries available next year.
